MYSTIC MYCELIA & SPARKLING STONES enamel pin collection
Pin Lore:
The Amethyst Deceiver (Laccaria amethystina) is a vibrant purple fungi that grow in coniferous forests. It is called the Deceiver because it can be difficult to identify as it ages; it looks like the Lilac Fibrecap mushrooms, which are poisonous.
The addition of eyes on the caps is to accentuate the deceptive nature of the fungi. Of course, I nestled them right into the perfect hiding spot within a cluster of Amethyst crystal points.
